Some of you have emailed us asking about delivery times and email confirmations and so on, so I thought I’d clear this up a bit.

The free shipping option means that orders are sent by airmail, and we cant track them or accurately advise you when they will arrive, however we’ve sent thousands of orders across the world with very few problems. They’re sent in a DLE-sized padded envelope with nothing identifying The Stoner’s Store either outside or inside (the sender is listed as TSM Ltd). if you don’t choose the tracking option, we cant advise when the envelope will arrive. But they generally arrive within 10-15 working days (2-3 weeks).

When your order is shipped, you should receive an email confirmation, from sales@thestonersstore.com. This should happen within a couple of days of your order (unless you’ve pre-ordered the printed Stoner’s Cookbook – you’ll get an email notification when we ship that). if you don’t receive an email notification of your order being shipped, or you check your order status online and find the order is marked as completed but you didn’t get an email, then you should check your email software’s spam or junk folder to make sure the email didn’t get automatically moved there. Failing that, drop us an email: feedback@thestonersstore.com and let us know your order details. We’ll email you back just to make sure you can receive messages from us.
